Just Eat It
"Filmmakers and food lovers Jen and Grant dive into the issue of waste from farm, through retail, all the way to the back of their own fridge. After catching a glimpse of the billions of dollars of good food that is tossed each year in North America, they pledge to quit grocery shopping cold turkey and survive only on foods that would otherwise be thrown away."

That Sugar Film
"THAT SUGAR FILM started as one man's journey to discover the bitter truth about sugar. Damon Gameau embarked on a unique experiment to document the effects of a high sugar diet on a healthy body, consuming only foods that are commonly perceived, or promoted to be 'healthy’."

Forks Over Knives
"Forks Over Knives examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting our present menu of animal-based and processed foods. The major storyline in the film traces the personal journeys of a pair of pioneering yet under-appreciated researchers, Dr. T. Colin Campbell and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn."

The Minimalists
"Joshua Fields Millburn & Ryan Nicodemus write about living a meaningful life with less stuff for 4 million readers." Hearing Joshua on Rich Roll's podcast opened my eyes to the joy of living a life of value with less possessions.

The Pleasure Trap (TEDx talk)
