I'm going to share some of my favourite plantbased desserts. We'll explore how to make banana nicecream your new favourite decadence, plus a versatile layered chocolate dessert that’s great for dinner parties.
This relaxed and friendly 2-hour class is a combination of plant-based cooking, conversation and shared inspiration. In this session I'm going to share some of my favourite Mexican treats: how to make beans and rice your favourite meal + homemade corn tortillas and a tangy crispy mexican salad.
This relaxed and friendly 2-hour class is a combination of plant-based cooking, conversation and shared inspiration. We’ll make an easy, delicious and versatile salad full of of colourful nutrition, followed by a family-friendly plant-based creamy mushroom and spinach pasta. Both of these are perfect as regular meals or to have up your sleeve to serve to plant-based guests.
Together we’ll prepare exciting plant-based dishes, raw and cooked, with breakout demos + tastings on the way to a 4-course finale.
